We had to revise the release date again (and I really hate doing this) and had to push it back towards end of March, to be on the safe side. Really shouldn't take up till then though.

I'm interested in knowing how people are going to respond to the software. I'd like to thank you Billy for clearing up my misunderstanding of a more limited bought version. If it is just the trial, that makes perfect sense. Now, I have some suggestions to improve how people see the product, or newcomers at least. I'd recommend telling people about some of the bug fixes/ new features. I'd also change the tagline from "Quickie animator". Quickie makes it sound really unprofessional and implies that this is not for people that want to make anything more than second-long clips. In fact, I'd get rid of quickie and add something which states that you can achieve results in a short amount of time (Not in the tagline, of course). I know that one word nearly put me off trying the program in the first place. Also, I'd update the official date of the release on the main page. It makes the project look abandoned.
I really wish you and the program the best. I can see how hard it must be for such a small team to be working on something like this. I must suggest that you guys do look at 3D movie maker from microsoft for inspiration (3dmm.com). There are many great features in it that I would love to see incorporated into ZenCub3d. Of course, I assume you're already pretty swamped.

Thanks fading-dream, I appreciate you taking the time to say these things. And yes, we really are swamped right now, the business side of thing really have some higher priority items than the product, I'm afraid to say; but then without that sort of stuff we can't exist, so oh well.

Your suggestions are noted. The up-coming product will actually be called 'Voovees Director', we will be using the umbrella brand 'Voovees' for our future lines of products that all uses the same graphical asset system, the current voovees.com however, will be taken down and put on hold for a while.

I never really understtod the whole Voovees thing... The new versions of ZenCub3D isn't going to be the same thing as the Voovees, right?

The new version of ZenCub3d will be called 'Voovees Director', but other than the name it will be the same as the ZenCub3d that you knew.

So, what's happening?
Paid my money , and am still happy to wait for a good programme, but still would be nice to have some sort of notification as to whats happening.

I have to admit, I'm starting to lose hope for ZenCub3d. Quite sad really. It's been delayed for, what, a year and a half (Going by original "In six months" thing), a year? Has Billy stopped working on it? I'm just very unsure at the moment... I also have the feeling that they are releasing an "Incomplete" version of Zencub3d. By having an online store with stuff to buy at launch date, it feels like they are taking out of the actual product. I think I may (dare I say it) move on to moviestorm... Or give up 3d movie making altogether. I'm sorry, but this is starting to feel like a "Fading Dream". (My feelings until release... And my last post until then too). I guess this is goodbye... Wish I had been here before the forums were all but abandoned...
